How to Use Your StudyPal® Device
Using StudyPal® is simple, fast, and designed to help you stay calm, focused, and mentally sharp—especially during intense study sessions or high-pressure exams.
1.) Charge Before Use – Start by fully charging your StudyPal device. A 30-minute charge is enough to get going. To maintain battery health, avoid leaving it plugged in for more than 2 hours.
2.) Power It On – Press and hold the power button on the side for 5 seconds to turn on the device. It will automatically begin in low-frequency mode, optimized for calming study nerves and reducing pre-exam stress—perfect for left-hand use.
3.) Hold & Activate – For best performance, hold StudyPal in the palm of your hand, positioned over the PC8 acupressure point and the triple warmer meridian (TW2/TW3). When held in the left hand, the device stays in calming low-frequency mode to help relieve anxiety and clear your mind.
To activate high-frequency mode—ideal for boosting focus, alertness, and study stamina—hold it in your right hand and press the power button again.
If you don’t feel the microcurrent pulse right away, press the ‘+’ button a few times and gently adjust the device’s position until you hit the right spot. You can then fine-tune the intensity to match your comfort level.
4.) Smart Auto-Off – StudyPal is designed to shut off automatically after 20 minutes, allowing you to stay immersed in your work without distractions or having to worry about switching it off.
